Italian rebar prices struggle to increase
Italian rebar prices remain flat on last week in a market affected by sluggish demand from the construction sector and reduced sales activity. Because of escalating energy costs and expected rises in domestic scrap values, some Italian rebar makers are mulling moderate increases of €20/tonne ($22) in March, sources tell Kallanish.
