Italian rebar mills attempt to halt price drop
Some Italian rebar producers are pushing up their quotes significantly, by €40/tonne ($46) compared to the beginning of the month in an effort to stop the price fall. Domestic rebar values have fallen over €100/t between September and October, Kallanish notes.
