Italian rebar prices hike again
Italian rebar transaction prices rose again on Thursday by €10/tonne ($12), as the product’s price rally continues a pace, market participants tell Kallanish.
Over the past 24 hours, some producers have stopped sales while others are now asking for €380/tonne ($458) base ex-works. Until Wednesday this week asking prices were at €370/t base ex-works, Kallanish notes.
