Cost pressure lifts Italian rebar prices
Italian rebar prices are increasing in transactions by €30/tonne ($35) on average compared to the lows seen at the end of February. Values are being pushed up mainly by this month’s scrap increases in the country. Rebar buyers and sellers however agree that domestic demand remains limited.
