Italian rebar prices flatten
Italian rebar prices are stable compared to last week after steelmakers pushed up quotes in the third week of November to stop the steady decline witnessed since October, market sources tell Kallanish.
Contract values remain in the range of €500-520/tonne ($517-538) base ex-works this week. Including size extras, domestic rebar prices have flattened at €760-790/t ex-works. Mesh is at €600-620/t ex-works base, sources suggest.
