Italian rebar prices flatten
Italian rebar prices are stable on-week after ticking up at the end of June. Sellers expect some restocking in July before producers idle their plants for longer stoppages to address the issue of overcapacity.
Purchases continue to be carried out only back-to-back. Distributors tell Kallanish that some of the building projects that were delayed because of bad weather in June are now resuming work and ordering material.
