Italian rebar prices continue to decline
Italian rebar prices are continuing to decrease, losing some €20/tonne ($19.6) compared to last week, Kallanish notes.
Contract prices have lost almost €100/t on September due to weak demand from the construction sector. With no change from last week, activity is being hampered by fear of purchasing and high rebar stocks throughout the country.
