Italian rebar market mutes on low demand
Italian rebar producers are quoting at €230/t base ex-works ($260/t) in an effort to stop domestic prices from falling, buyers and agents tell Kallanish. However, activity this week is at its lowest since the beginning of April, and sales will not occur until after the Labour Day holiday.
