Italian rebar price lowers again on weak demand

Both spot and contract prices for Italian rebar are falling again by €10/tonne ($10.8/t) on average compared to last week, Kallanish learns from market sources. Rebar producers increased their prices as the market reopened to as much as €170/t base ex-works, but this was not successfully passed on downstream.
