Italian rebar prices continue to fall
Italian rebar is continuing its downward trend with prices falling again week-on-week. This is the second slip since the beginning of September, Kallanish learns from market sources in the country.
While some producers are now asking €260/tonne ($304.2/t) base ex-works, transactions are in the range €240-250/t base ex-works for large quantities and €260/t for small tonnages. This represents another €20/t fall compared to 10 days ago…
