Italian rebar flattens as construction projects resume
Italian rebar prices remain steady week-on-week after values decreased significantly this month, by over €50/tonne ($58) on average compared to August.
Buyers however tell Kallanish that all private residential construction projects that were put off in June due to high prices of steel and other raw materials are now restarting. More new projects are seen starting before the end of the year.
