Italian plate prices hike
Italian plate demand continues to be strong thanks to some restocking for September, while the €30/tonne ($33) increase implemented by producers at the beginning of last month has been successful.
More hikes are predicted to happen before the mill stoppages in August amid increasing production and financial costs, market sources tell Kallanish.
