Italian plate prices flatten on weak activity
Italian plate prices are stable compared to November despite buyers forecasting an imminent price fall due to the decline of international slab values. Demand for plates in Italy is said to be weak as most buyers have already implemented their purchases for the month and are now in a wait-and-see mode.
