Italian plate prices steady as March sales improve
Despite high slab prices, Italian domestic plate prices remains steady week-on-week following the increase implemented in late February. The target level of €600/tonne ($681.2/t) ex-works has not been reached yet in transactions, both distribution and production sources tell Kallanish.
