Italian plate prices fall on uncertainty
Italian plate prices have dropped again after producers pushed values up by some €30/tonne ($33/t) for July orders, market participants tell Kallanish.
Last month heavy plate seemed to be the only product for which demand had picked up. However, the market is now at a standstill and producers have registered low orders and descending prices so far this month.
