Italian plate demand weakens, prices level off
Italian plate prices remain steady this month compared to those seen in the second half of March, distribution and re-rolling sources tell Kallanish.
However, domestic demand for plate this month is seen decreasing. March was “… a full month” and producers’ sales books were well-filled for the period. “Overall the first quarter was a good quarter in terms of sales volumes and prices,” a re-roller comments.…
