Italian market anticipates pig iron price hike
Amidst expectations of domestic scrap price increases and in line with Turkish scrap hikes, Italian pig iron import prices are envisaged to increase in November and gain a few dollars. This week prices are stable at last week’s levels of $300/tonne (€269/t) cif.
