Italian pig iron price seen falling
Availability of pig iron in consignment at Italian ports has now improved, Kallanish learns from market sources. A few vessels carrying material bought by distributors from the Donetsk Peoples’ Republic have reached the northern Italian port of Marghera, the main steel port in Italy.
Pig iron prices are stable on those in November for the moment, sources suggest, and CIS producers have received no orders from Italian mills over the past two weeks…
