Italian pig iron prices seen falling
The Italian pig iron market remains quiet, with no transactions reported over the past two weeks by distributors who purchase directly from Russian producers allowed to sell in Europe. Prices are however forecast to decrease, in line with expectations of scrap being dragged down by descending Turkish import values, sources say.
