Italian pig iron prices seen decreasing

Italian pig iron prices are expected to fall by $10/tonne (€8) in import contracts as demand is stagnating on uncertainty, sources tell Kallanish. The two main distributors have purchased small batches of pig iron, between 5,000-6,000 tonnes, over recent weeks.
