Italian pig iron prices flatten
Italian pig iron demand remains weak, and prices have flattened with no substantial change compared to the past three weeks. The three main distributors buying directly from CIS producers have been purchasing very few tonnages as they are betting on an imminent pig iron price drop, Kallanish hears.
