Italian pig iron, billet prices rise
Italian pig iron prices have increased by $20/tonne (€16), representing a second consecutive week of hikes, Kallanish hears.
Distributors buying directly from the CIS to replenish stocks at Marghera port keep purchasing smaller tonnages in the range of 5,000-7,000 tonnes.
