Italian mills put off scrap bookings on uncertainty
Italian scrap prices are stable for the moment, but only a few contracts have been implemented for small volumes and negotiations are ongoing. Depending on Turkish scrap trends this week, July contracts are forecast to decline €5/tonne ($5.6/t) for some grades and remain stable for the higher grades, market participants tell Kallanish.
