Italian merchant bars seen under pressure
The lower point of the offer range of Italian merchant bars has fallen €10/tonne ($11/t) compared to November, industry sources tell Kallanish. This is due to sluggish demand, especially in the south, and material imported from Turkey and Spain at competitive prices.
