Italian longs tick up, distribution demand weak
Following a period of uncertainty, Italian rebar contracts are increasing by €20/tonne ($22) on average compared to the beginning of November. Producers hiked quotes by €40/t last week amid uncertainty. Buyers have started to pay higher prices but tonnages are limited, market participants tell Kallanish.
