Italian longs producers seek increases
Italian merchant bar and section prices seem set to increase in new September contracts.
A merchant bar supplier increased its values by €50/tonne ($49.9) compared to August and is expected to be followed by other producers. The market however remains in a lull with the distribution sector in wait-and-see mode.
