Italian HRC market lacks reference ahead of reopening
Italian domestic hot rolled coil prices are seen losing €40/tonne ($43/t) on average in new contracts compared to the level of €420/t base ex-works at the beginning of March. The entire sector reopens on 4 May after almost two months of no activity or invoicing, Kallanish learns from market participants.
