Italian HRC prices increase amid reduced import competition
Italian hot rolled coil prices are increasing this week on revived demand from service centres and re-rollers, and in line with rising energy costs. Domestic material is not under pressure from imported product as non-EU suppliers are withholding quotes with a view to also pushing up values.
