Italian HRC prices remain stable amid uncertainty
Italian hot rolled coil prices are stable compared to the beginning of the month, as uncertainty continues to hamper orders. The latest increases have not been successfully passed on to buyers and September orders are being concluded at below €400/tonne ($456/t), market participants tell Kallanish.
