Italian HRC may rise, sentiment negative

Italian hot rolled coil prices are seen remaining stable next week when the market resumes activity after the August break. Sales volumes, however, are forecast to hike as stocks are medium-low after service centres and tube makers refused to restock in July because of uncertainty.
