Italian HRC goes up on lack of material
Italian mills’ hot rolled coil quotes and transaction prices are increasing again. Coil makers are now asking for €515-520/tonne ($611-617) base ex-works.
The supply shortage persists in Italy, with ArcelorMittal Italia producing at minimum capacity utilisation and not taking orders for HRC.
