Italian flat products' output continues to fall
Flat products’ output in Italy continued to fall year-on-year in January-April, according to data released by local steelmakers' association Federacciai, and monitored by Kallanish.
In the period January-April production dipped by -0.8% y-o-y to 3.7 million tonnes. In April however, flat products' output increased by 4.9% y-o-y to 929,000t. In full year 2017 production of flat steel products had also dipped by -2.1% to 11.33mt, Federaccia…
