Italian raw steel output falls again in February
The output of crude steel from Italian mills has fallen again in February following January's decline, according to the local steelmakers' association Federacciai.
Last month crude steel production fell slightly by -2.8% year-on-year to 2 million tonnes, Kallanish notes. In the first two months of 2019 crude output also declined by -3.1% y-o-y to 4mt, the association confirms.
