Italian coil prices flatten on cheaper Turkish threat
Italian coil prices remain unmoved in a situation of abnormal quietness in the market caused by falling scrap prices and generally low price visibility. Domestic coil prices however are neither falling nor increasing while some mills are not quoting due to market uncertainty.
