Italian coil prices to increase
Italian hot rolled coil prices are expected to increase in the coming days after some producers stopped quoting for new sales of HRC, sheet and other derivatives.
The coil market remains quiet this week. Like their European counterparts, Italian suppliers are negotiating long-term coil contracts for 2022 with the automotive industry this week, and will have better price visibility after contracts are agreed, sources say.
