Italian coils prices continue to increase
Italian coils prices are continuing to increase in contracts and asking values mainly due to extremely short supply and in line with international increases, market participants tell Kallanish.
Hot rolled coil transactions are now at €640-650/tonne ($783-795/t) base ex-works. In the current price rally, Monday’s level of €620/t is already considered outdated.
