ISD Dunaferr hikes sales, plans galv capacity increase
ISD Dunaferr recorded a 1% on-year increase in hot rolled coil sales to 639,925 tonnes in 2018, while pickled HRC sales rose 16% to 428,974t, Kallanish learns from the Hungarian steelmaker.
Cold rolled and hot-dip galvanized coil shipments increased 3% and 4% respectively to 319,210t and 104,330t. Cold-formed sections profiles sales were flat at 144,445t. Overall steel sales rose 5% to 1.64 million tonnes.
