Iron ore settles, Monadelphous/BHPB ink major maintenance contract
The market expects the seaborne iron ore price to move little while China is on holiday and both physical and financial trading are therefore reduced. It remained so on Wednesday. In a quiet market, the only news of note was that Australian engineering company Monadelphous Group Limited has signed a multi-million-dollar maintenance contract with BHP Billiton Iron Ore.
