Iron ore recovers amid rising outlook
Seaborne iron ore prices turned upwards on Thursday, following the Chinese stock market rebound from its 3.5-year low on Wednesday.
The Kallanish KORE 62% Fe index and the KORE 65% Fe index gained $3.1/t and $3.14/t respectively on Thursday to $131.59/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao and $143.34/dmt cfr. The KORE 58% Fe index meanwhile rose $1.27/t to $118.09/dmt cfr.
