Iron ore rebound holds up for now
Seaborne iron ore prices returned back to the high $50s on Wednesday after deals briefly pushed into the $60s. Major miners are still earning good money despite being unable to push prices up as fast as steel, but the second half of the year could see margins contract sharply.
