Iron ore jumps on Jiangsu restriction news
Seaborne iron ore prices jumped again on Wednesday, as rumours of production limitations in Jiangsu province circulated in the Chinese market.
The Kallanish KORE 62% and 65% Fe indices rose by $2.27/tonne and $2.33/t respectively on Wednesday to $110.25/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao and $123.46/dmt cfr. Meanwhile, the KORE 58% Fe index lost $0.01/t to $98.61/dmt cfr.
