Iron ore holds, inventory turns up
Seaborne iron ore prices fluctuated slightly on Tuesday as market activity eased.
The Kallanish KORE 62% Fe index and KORE 65% Fe index each declined by $0.04/t but rose $1.94/t to $104.06/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao and $119.55/dmt cfr respectively. The KORE 58% Fe index was $0.12/t lower at $91.33/dmt cfr. On public platforms, 170,000t of BRBF Fines were booked at $104.6/t with a laycan of 30 July and 8 August.
