Iron ore falls below $90/t
Seaborne iron ore prices fell below $90/t on Thursday, reaching a trough not seen since mid-November 2021.
The Kallanish KORE 62% Fe index lost $1.9/tonne on Thursday to $89.04/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao. The Kallanish KORE 65% Fe index was $2.02/t lower at $101.24/dmt cfr, and the KORE 58% Fe index lost $0.36/t to $82.97/dmt cfr.
