Iron ore drops to 6-month low

Seaborne iron ore prices broke a nearly six-month low, as the Chinese steel market hit its bottom in the past seven months. The Kallanish KORE 62% and 65% Fe indices slumped by $4.78/tonne and $8.87/t respectively on Wednesday to $101/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao and $110.56/dmt cfr.
