Iron ore drops despite policy stimulus

Seaborne iron ore prices fell on Monday, even as the Political Bureau of the Central Committee meeting sent positive signals to the market. The Kallanish KORE 62% and 65% Fe indices declined by $0.51/tonne respectively on Monday to $113.37/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao and $127.1/dmt cfr.
