Iron ore dips as Rio closes Channar
Seaborne iron ore prices dipped very slightly on Monday. Rio Tinto meanwhile temporarily halted activity at Channar after a fatality.
The Kallanish index for 62% Fe Australian fines pulled back $0.15/t to $49.07/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao. There were no deals on the major platforms but futures prices closed down slightly.
