IRC revisits metallics plant construction plan
Petropavlovsk – Ferrous Metallurgy, part of Hong Kong-based Russia-operated iron ore miner IRC, is mulling construction of a hot-briquetted iron production facility. This would be at its iron ore mining and beneficiation assets in Russia's Far East, the company says.
