Rehabilitated Iraq state-owned steelmaker plans trials in January
State Company for Iron & Steel (SCIS) is planning to start test production at the 600,000 tonnes/year capacity rebar mill in January 2022, using billet feedstock sourced from the merchant market, notes Kallanish.
