Iraq plans new oil pipeline to Turkey

Iraq has decided to build a pipeline to replace a severely damaged section of the Kirkuk-Ceyhan pipeline exporting Kirkuk oil via Turkey's Ceyhan port, Kallanish learns from Iraq's energy ministry. The new pipeline will start from the city of Baiji, near Kirkuk, and reach the Fishkhabor border area with Turkey, the ministry says in a statement.
