Iran’s Golgohar boosts three-month output
Iran’s Golgohar reported significant iron ore output growth in the three months through 21 June, the first quarter of the Iranian year.
It produced 4.65 million tonnes of iron ore concentrate, up 21% on-year, and 3.2mt of pellet – excluding fines – up 5%.
Overall three-month production of concentrate and pellet rose 14% on-year to 7.8mt, Kallanish notes.
